Fees
The annual fee is calculated as a percentage of the previous year’s payroll expenses for all employees except MD and MD family members, excluding social security contributions. The minimum charges are stated below.

For groups of companies affiliated with Almega federations, whose annual wage sums exceed 2,5 billion SEK, the annual fee is reduced to 0.07 percent for amounts above this point.
Conditions for Membership
Applicant companies having been in operation for at least twelve months must simultaneously apply for membership and authorisation.
Applicant companies having been in operation for less than twelve months must apply for authorisation as soon as the first annual report has been filed.
When applying for membership with the Swedish Staffing Agencies, a person authorised to sign for the applicant company is to submit the following:
• Valid registration certificate and F-tax card
• Proof of registration as an employer
• Proof of registration for VAT (not applicable to staffing agencies in the health care sector)
• Application to accede to the collective agreements of the sector in which the company is operating (exemption from this condition may be granted), i.e. relevant documentation for such accession.
Report at least one person holding a managerial position in the company to promptly participate in the special training programme provided by the Swedish Staffing Agencies (one of the conditions for authorisation by this federation, see further Authorisation.
Conditions for Authorisation
Membership with the Swedish Staffing Agencies (the federation)
• A minimum of twelve months of staffing related operations
• Compliance with the federation’s bylaws
• Compliance with the federation’s Code of Conduct
• Adherence to the collective agreements of the sector in which the company is operating(*)
• Application of delivery terms at least on par with the federation’s general provisions (terms of deliver)
• Coverage by the federation’s liability insurance or the equivalent
• Submission of documentation evidencing no owing of back taxes or duties
• Adoption of an equality plan in accordance with the Act (SFS 1991:433) on Equality between Women and Men
• Assurance that all subcontractors are registered for VAT, pay taxes and duties, are covered by subcontractor insurance and are bound by collective agreement(s) in respect of employed staff (*)
• Completion of the federation’s special authorisation programme by at least one person holding a managerial position in the company
• Exposure of the federation’s authorisation logo in all job advertisements and marketing activities
• Submission of the most recent annual report
• Completion of the authorisation board’s annual assessment.
*) Exemption from this condition can be granted when there are no collective agreements in the sector in which the company is operating.
Companies not submitting an application for authorisation, or whose authorisation is denied, will not be able to retain membership with the Swedish Staffing Agencies.
